Hands on Winter Wellness Reboot Cooking Class

Learn to make delicious, healthy recipes to reboot you for winter. Get information on boosting your immune system and ways to avoid those winter illnesses.

Week One:

  • Coconut & vanilla infused Steel Oats or Quinoa porridge with grated apple, cinnamon, crushed walnuts and honey
  • Lemon grass infused Sweet potato & coconut soup
  • Miso pork stir fry
  • Zesty ginger salmon with roasted beetroot and spinach
  • Superfood salad with citrus dressing
  • Cashew nut chicken & broccoli with noodles

Week Two:

  • Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
  • Medicinal wellness broth
  • Paleo Cauliflower tabouli with peppers, carrots, cashews and a lemon-mint dressing
  • Quick Pho broth- Poached shrimp and vegetables over rice
  • Vietnamese Chicken and Lemon Balls with Mange Tout and Carrot salad
  • Warm soulful winter pudding

R650 per person for 1 class or SAVE and pay just R1200 for 2 classes
