For the Moms
1 1/2 cups dates (soaked in warm water until softened)
1/2 cup walnut nuts (soaked in warm water until softened)
1/2 cup pecan nuts (soaked in warm water until softened)
1 Tbsp super food of your choice
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz for about 30sec until the combined
If the mixture is too dry you can add a little coconut oil
Roll into balls and enjoy
You can roll the balls in coconut should you wish.
For the Kids

1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup coconut
1/4 cup cashew nut butter
1 tbsp raw cacoa
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz for about 30sec until the combined
If the mixture is too dry you can add a little coconut oil
Roll into balls and enjoy
