As a mom I know how important it is to feed your family well. I know you don’t have the time but your family’s health is important. I teach healthy cooking classes for domestics and adults.

Covering many eating styles and using only the freshest ingredients.  I have great tips and tricks to make life simple and healthy.

Domestic & Au Pair Nutrition Classes

Your domestic assistant is your lifeline in many homes. Many of these ladies do not have the knowledge about the basics of nutrition. I have a wonderful 3-week course which will guide them through the basics of food & nutrition and educate them. So they can be more mindful about what your children are eating as well as what they are eating.
