Christine Phillips is the founder of Little Cooks Club, the original cooking school for children which was established over 15 years ago. Christine ran Little Cooks Club for many years before franchising the business which now boasts numerous successful franchises across the country. She is the founder and operator of Health Yourself offering, Health Coaching, cooking classes, various cleanses and wellness programmes as well as a variety of healthy food options to name a few of the services offered. In addition, she is the author of the Timeless Family Food Journal, a qualified chef with more than 20years of international and local cooking experience, a certified Dr. Sears Health Coach, a graduate of The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a chef on REAL Health as well as a wife and mother of three.

Christine, like many people, has always struggled with her weight, jumping from one diet to the next. She always put her family and work before herself. Eventually Christine realised that she too was important, and she needed to look after herself first to be able to look after anyone else. By focusing on herself she got her act together and made some life changing decisions. Because she has always been passionate about food and family-health, Christine looked for someway to inspire herself and others using her food and health knowledge. This drive for change and a belief in a new lifestyle led Christine down the exciting path of personal wellness, healthy food and overall wellbeing.
Christine believes in a holistic approach to nutrition and wellbeing, incorporating lifestyle, attitude, nutrition and exercise. She believes in bio-individuality whereby “one person’s food is another person’s poison”.
