Paleo is super-hot right now, and there’s a reason for it. It works! Paleo helps people lose weight, detoxify their bodies, gain energy, prevent disease, and overcome illness!

In a nutshell, Paleo is a “cavewoman’s diet.” This means that it’s the same sort of diet a cavewoman followed millions of years ago, and is based off the idea of eating what you can find. The diet consists of mainly – nuts, seeds, fish, meat, fruits, and veggies.

But what about grains? In a Paleo diet, grains are not allowed, but why? Because they harm your body! They cause you to gain weight, cause allergic reactions in most people, increase inflammation in your body and actually put more toxins in it.

By going grain-free and only consuming natural foods, you’re preventing toxins from entering your body, thereby boosting your health and immune system so that illness and disease stand no chance!
