Success Stories

I found out about health coaching in an online article I read and decided to find out how to go about finding one. A quick google search and I found Christine.

With no idea of what I was about to get myself into, I contacted her and we discussed the road ahead.

Health coaching is not a quick fix, nor is her programmed a temporary one, but rather someone who has guided me on how to love myself, be kind to myself (that’s one of her popular sayings), and most of all nourish myself in a healthy way. She has introduced me to a wonderful world of smoothies, soups, super foods and delicious healthy recipes which truly satisfy and nourish not only the body, but the soul too.

I am learning how to be a better version of myself and I am still trying to learn to be kinder to myself, but, this is a journey, one where you will collect all of the tools you need to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle by being mindful of how you treat your body – and yourself.

Christine has been really patient, kind and helpful in every aspect of this journey, and while I have not been on this journey for very long, and am still learning new and interesting things every day, I already feel a sense of lightness and happiness and like any goal I set out to achieve can and will be accomplished.

If you are looking for someone to help you transform yourself into a healthy, beautiful, happier version of yourself, go ahead and do it! You won’t look back!

Christine’s cleanses and detox programs have been the best “diets” I have ever done. I have done many diets throughout my life and finally, through Christine, found a way of eating that has changed how I see and feel around food. I have shifted from “”being on diet” to shifting the focus to “eating healthy and feeling healthy”. It has resulted in me being kinder to myself and feeding myself regular good healthy food. I was struggling with reflux and indigestion and that is no longer a problem. With Christine’s help, guidance and support, I have lost weight but more importantly have developed a healthy relationship with food and feel so much happier and healthier.

I feel fabulous having completed the cleanse and super excited to lose some stubborn weight. 4 kilograms so far! In addition, it’s been great to learn new food ideas having tried things I would not have thought of before.

Health & wellness is my passion in life and to be able to learn so much and have this level of detail was absolutely fantastic! Plus the support in the form of the recipes, WhatsApp group and daily emails was really amazing. I have kicked my caffeine habit and sugar after the cleanse. My blood sugar and hormones are now stable. My sleep has improved and I don’t snack at night before bed. I have no bloating. In short, I have recommend your cleanse to everyone and will continue to do so. I absolutely loved it and I will do it often going forward.

It has been a long journey. It was so difficult when i first started but now i am so grateful. This detox has helped me realise that i haven’t been doing justice to myself. My mindset has completely changed. I have learnt so much about my body. I’m wowed. I can sleep throughout the night now. Thank you Christine and 5FM for broadcasting this amazing cleanse. I am now going to be cautious about what goes into my mouth.

It has been an amazing experience, with some good old habits restored and some amazing new tastes and recipes! I am feeling wonderful and my clothes are not so tight any more. Thank you so much for your support!

I absolutely loved the 21-day cleanse. For me, it was a completely holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle – not only for my body and mind, but also for my soul. I enjoyed every minute of it and felt completely renewed and energized after completing it. I highly recommend this programme to anyone who wishes to nourish his / her body. There are so few opportunities for us to truly be gentle upon ourselves and this is an absolute must for anyone who is in need of this. Thank you Christine for introducing me to this wonderful approach to a happy, holistic, healthy living.

Wow! 21 days of detox/cleansing. I wasn’t sure what to expect until I got into it. I cooked new recipes, ate new foods, and felt good about making a positive change in my life. No stomach cramps, bloatedness, nausea, heartburn, migraines etc. This is not for the fainthearted, or just done on a whim – you have to want it for a certain reason…your own reason. If you are willing to put in the work, you will reap the rewards. I lost 4.2kg’s and a total of 11.5cm’s. Not bad for 21 days.

Thank you for a great SPRING cleanse! I have my energy back again which has put a “spring” into my step. Definitely helps being part of a group to enjoy the inspirational messages and to see everyone else is “in the same boat”. This being my 3rd cleanse I found much easier as I know all the ingredients and where to buy them. I have noticed my taste buds have changed this time. The coffee yesterday definitely did not taste as good as it used to and I was quite nauseous afterwards. I am enjoying the green tea now so will just stick to that, very conscious of drinking more water which is difficult on the cold days. I think coffee and dairy is what is the cause of my stomach upsets along with too much sugar. I have made the nutty crackers and eat those with the hummus when I am hungry.

I am a 45 year old mother of 2, diagnosed 4 months ago with terminal stage 4 breast cancer with extensive metastases in liver and bones. My oncologist recommended a course of radical chemotherapy which I am undergoing, but I have also chosen to take my health into my own hands and pursue additional health options over and above chemotherapy.

Christine has inspired me to focus on what I am putting into my body, firstly to ensure I am not consuming any foods which would feed the cancer (like Sugar and Estrogen) and secondly to ensure I keep my health up to be able to cope with the chemotherapy drugs and fight the cancer.

Christine has motivated me with meal plans and recipes which are completely in line with my new way of eating. She gives me recipes designed to assist my body to fight this disease and deal with the chemo. Most importantly her recipes are delicious and easy to make. She provides shopping lists in line with the meals making it very easy to stock your pantry with the correct foods. My whole family (kids included) are now eating the same way and thoroughly enjoying the meals I prepare for them.

Christine is consistently in contact with me – checking up on what supplements I am taking and what foods I am eating. She has reviewed all supplements I am on and added a few along the way. She has inspired me to replace all chemical cleaning materials and body care products with natural products that do not feed cancer (although I am not quite there yet).

Not only have I coped with the chemo so much better than most people, but I have just had my first round of tests 4 months after my diagnosis and the results show a “significant reduction in the hepatic metastases” – 53% to be exact. I put it down to the holistic journey I am on. Christine has been one of the many people who has inspired me to take control of my health, and in the process beat this disease. My children are learning that by changing your diet, you can improve your health – they have seen it first hand with me.

I have loads of appreciation for all your help and support but struggle to put it into words… Christine has supported me to lose weight and to have a positive outlook on food. No more diets! Holistic is the word that comes to mind when I think about her service. She looked at me as a whole person and helped me to work through primary foods that were influencing my outlook on secondary foods. She also taught me how to live a healthy lifestyle on a budget when life threw a curved ball. Even after my contract has expired, she was still very supportive and is now supporting my 7 year old daughter on the road to a healthier lifestyle.
