
- 1 can wild salmon or 400g fresh, cooked(optional – for phases 1 & 3)
- 1 cup chopped purple cabbage
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Dress only what you will eat with the dressing below.
- ¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil¼ cup cilantro, chopped 1 teaspoon pepper
- Whisk all ingredients together and season with salt.
- Pour enough onto salad to coat all the veggies.
