Frequently asked.

I'm in perimenopause and my cycle is irregular. Can I still do this?
Yes. The principles adapt — instead of cycle phases, we work with moon phases or a 28-day rhythm. Many perimenopausal clients find this enormously stabilising.
I don't get a period because I'm on the pill / mirena. Does this still apply?
Yes. You still have an underlying hormonal rhythm even on hormonal contraception. We map to that rhythm using moon phases as a proxy.
How is this different from just reading the Mindy Pelz book?
The book is excellent. This session adapts the principles to YOUR cycle, your symptoms, and your goals. You leave with a personalised plan, not a general framework.
