
- 1 cup coconut milk ( milk of your choice)
- 1 scoop (30g) protein powder (I like Sally Ann Creed)
- 1 teaspoon almond nut butter
- 1 teaspoon PB2 peanut butter powder
- Dash of maple syrup or 2 dates for sweetness.
- Some ice cubes or cold water to thin it down.
Blend all the ingredients and enjoy.
