
Ingredients for the soup:
- 1/2 teaspoon chilia mixture of spiral carrots or courgettes or butternut spirals, sauté for 5 minutes
- 1 punnet shiitake mushrooms, sauté for 2 minutes
500ml vegetable stock or water
3 tablespoons White miso paste with some water and mix then add to the soup mixture.
Allow to cook for 10 minutes.
