Healthy snacks with harissa sauce

WITH HARISSA SAUCE Great way of getting in your greens and they super tasty and great to leave in the kitchen for kids to snack on. • Kale leaves and cauliflower broken up and scattered on a baking pan. • Sprinkle some olive oil as well as salt on both veggies. Add a little bit of paprika or you can try with a little bit of Cayenne pepper or curry powder. • Make sure you mix it well and then pop it into the oven (oven set on 200 c) • Leave them for 10 min while you make your sauce.   • Kale leaves and cauliflower broken up and scattered on a baking pan.
  • Sprinkle some olive oil as well as salt on both veggies. Add a little bit of paprika or you can try with a little bit of Cayenne pepper or curry powder.
  • Make sure you mix it well and then pop it into the oven (oven set on 200 c)
  • Leave them for 10 min while you make your sauce.
  • 3 table spoons of lemon juice
  • 3 table spoons of Harissa past

Put all the ingredients in your blender and blend together.

Take your kale chips and your cauliflower out of the oven.

Sprinkle some of your harissa sauce on your kale and cauliflower and serve as a snack.

You can also serve your sauce as a dressing or a dip on the side.
