Toasted Kale Chips

Serves 1Ingredients: • 1 head of kale torn into large pieces • 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil • 1 teaspoon curry powder or cayenne pepper • Sea salt • PepperMethod: • Toss kale with oil and season with curry powder and sea salt. • Bake for 8-10 minutes at 160 degrees or until crispy. Careful not to burn.
