You used to be the dependable one. The one who got it all done, held the family, ran the business, kept the calendar. One day you woke up and you couldn't. The simplest tasks felt insurmountable. The smallest sounds set you off. Sleep stopped happening, then started happening at the wrong times. You cried in the car for no reason. Your body felt like a stranger's.

This is what late-stage nervous system dysregulation looks like in high-functioning women. It is not anxiety. It is not depression. It is not weakness. It is a body that ran on stress hormones for ten or twenty years and finally ran out of the capacity to keep doing that.

There is a way back. It is structured, somatic, nutritional, and slow. It works. This programme runs that protocol over 90 days.

What this programme is.

  • Full functional medicine intake — bloods including cortisol rhythm, thyroid, sex hormones, inflammation markers.
  • Somatic regulation practice — breath, body, polyvagal-informed daily protocol. 10 minutes a day.
  • Sleep architecture rebuild — the protocol that consistently moves women from 4 hours to 7+ hours over 8-12 weeks.
  • Nutritional support — the foods that calm the nervous system, the foods that inflame it, the supplements that fill the gaps.
  • Boundary & capacity work — the practical side: what comes off your plate while we rebuild capacity.
  • Weekly 1:1 sessions — 60 minutes, Zoom or Bryanston. WhatsApp support between sessions.

How it runs.

Month 1 · Containment

We stop the bleeding. Sleep becomes the priority. Diet shifts to calm not stimulate. The daily somatic practice begins. Most women report “the first week of real sleep in months” by week 4.

Month 2 · Repair

We rebuild what was depleted. Bloods get re-tested. Targeted supplements layered in. Strength returns slowly. Cognition starts to come back.

Month 3 · Capacity

We rebuild capacity to engage with life again — but on different terms. The boundaries you'll need to keep what you've gained. A long-term plan you can run on your own.

The honest line

This is not therapy. Therapy is the cognitive layer; this is the somatic and nutritional layer. The two work beautifully together. If you have a therapist or psychiatrist, we work alongside them, not in their place.

Frequently asked.

Do I need to come off my antidepressant for this?
No. Many clients are on SSRIs or other medications throughout the programme. Any medication changes happen with your prescribing doctor, not with me. The protocol works alongside medication.
I'm too exhausted to commit to weekly sessions. Can I do this slower?
Yes. The standard is weekly but we can move to fortnightly with WhatsApp support between. The 90-day map can stretch to 5-6 months for women in deep depletion.
Is this trauma-informed?
Yes. The protocol is built on polyvagal theory and somatic experiencing principles. For acute trauma processing, you'll need a trauma therapist alongside — I'll refer to several I trust.
